Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharma in Kirkland, Quebec, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support JHS and JDI operations. You will help shape how work is planned, prepared, and executed to ensure reliability of equipment and facilities in a regulated environment.

The role covers planning for HVAC, electrical, emergency power, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air and gases, water systems, chillers, boilers, and building automation.

Qualifications

• A college diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or facility-planning experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems; knowledge of SAP PM and BMRAM is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving.
• An understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory maintenance schedule.
• Turn maintenance needs into clear, execution-ready job plans.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, materials, contractors, permits, and facility access.
• Play an important role in planning semi-annual, annual, and other scheduled shutdowns.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration requirements using SAP/CMMS and BMRAM.
• Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering, HSE, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Track backlog, schedule compliance, overdue work, and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help coordinate contractors, spare parts, external services, and critical facility activities.

Person Profile

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A college diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, building mechanics, mechanical or electrical engineering technology, facility management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or facility-planning experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving.
• Experience working with CMMS systems; knowledge of SAP PM and BMRAM is a strong asset.
• An understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English.

Experience in pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, chemical, or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
