Job summary

BRP in Valcourt, Quebec is seeking a Maintenance Planner reporting to the Maintenance Planning Team Leader to optimize asset management and maintenance plans. You will play a key role in improving equipment reliability and ensuring proper spare parts provisioning.

The role requires a DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology, strong English skills, and hands-on experience with CMMS in a manufacturing setting. BRP offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
Ability to improve equipment reliability.
Detail-oriented with analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in introducing new equipment and determine spare parts needs and documentation.
Develop, write, and review preventive interventions with frequencies, resources and times.
Interpret technical reports and recommend interventions after predictive analyses.
Ensure regulatory environmental declarations and safety documentation.
Maintain CMMS and technical documentation up to disposal.
Provide technical assistance and drafting for spare parts.
Monitor end-of-life assets and justify replacement needs.
