Arc’teryx in New Westminster, BC is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to lead day-to-day delivery and transportation operations across inbound and outbound flows. You will drive excellence, standardize processes, and translate business needs into scalable logistics solutions.

This role blends data, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and service. Hybrid work is available and candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data management.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Able to create dashboards and translate data into process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Delivery & Transportation in leading a high-performing logistics team.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, workload management and performance oversight.
• Establish best practices and standard ways of working across the logistics team.
• Serve as point of contact for distribution center queries and updates.
• Oversee shipment visibility and exception management to identify and resolve risks.
• Provide routing instructions for finished goods and raw materials.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Review, audit, and approve freight invoices (air, ocean, courier) to quotes/price agreements.
• Analyze and formulate logistics solutions for new trade lanes and expedited shipments.
• Create and maintain transit timetables to align PO lead times.
• Support logistics performance reporting, including KPI development and insights.
• Support SOP development, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on timelines, risks and priorities.
• Support resolution of complex logistics escalations with internal/external stakeholders.
• Improve logistics processes to maximize efficiency and service.
• Identify issues/gaps in vendor performance and escalate when needed.
• Monitor detention and release issues related to customs delays.
• Provide support for Distribution, Transportation and Supply Chain projects.
• Uphold Fair Labor Association Code of Conduct across Arc’teryx supply chain.
