Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager - Global Pricing based in North Vancouver with hybrid work options. The role leads the Global Pricing Project, aligning pricing across franchises, channels, and regions, reporting to the SVP, Regional Merchandising.

You’ll turn complex questions into data-driven, executive-ready recommendations. You will manage governance, gates, and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and tight timelines.
• Strong financial and quantitative skills with large datasets.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with pricing or BI tools.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence; adaptable in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Track progress against the project roadmap, surface risks, and hold workstream owners to timelines.
• Establish pricing governance, guidelines, and operating standards across franchises, channels, and regions.
• Prepare content and recommendations for Steering Committee and other key forums.
• Coordinate inputs across workstreams and ensure consistent pricing decisions.
• Provide market insights on key regions, especially China, to shape pricing decisions.
