Meet your future team

The Warehousing & Logistics Business Process team will work with internal and external cross‑functional groups to ideate, design, and deliver a variety of end‑to‑end business processes and systems solutions. We connect strategy to execution by leading a portfolio of initiatives that directly work to achieve the company’s vision and goals.

  • Identifying operational changes between current and future processes for the Warehousing & Logistics department to drive enablement of change management and process adaptation
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining Warehousing & Logistics business process flows and training documentation for current and future processes
  • Assisting on developing additional business process documents, standard operating procedures and training material as required
  • Liaison between Operations and cross‑functional business teams
  • Acting as the Warehousing & Logistics point of contact for all other departments involved to drive a common business design and ensure data consistency
  • Ensuring best practices and process optimization are built at the design stage for future enhancements focused on long‑term scale, not short‑term benefit
  • Working closely with the internal and external ERP functional team to ensure projects and initiatives stay on track
  • Conveying the end‑state consistently to stakeholders and notifying leadership of any challenges to the plan
  • Supporting and leading User Acceptance Testing by creating UAT test cases, as well as developing documentation for business approval sign‑off

Future work
  • Acting as business lead in requirements gathering and ensuring successful implementation of WMS and/or transportation needs, if required
  • Managing incident and change request tickets, ensuring each ticket has accurate prioritization and clear requirements, facilitating UAT, and creating documentation to support a smooth implementation
  • Standardizing warehouse and logistics processes and determining future business processes for the long‑term strategic plan
  • Supporting the global Warehousing and Logistics teams to develop new processes and/or system requirements
  • Guiding cross‑functional teams in scaling to support company’s objectives
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience within Warehousing & Logistics focused role
  • Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or other relevant fields and/or equivalent industry experiences
  • Prior implementation experience
  • Experience in developing reports for analysis and decision making
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Drive to learn and participate
  • Excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a team

  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
Compensation
