Opportunity

As a Manager, Multi-Horizon Planning at ARC’TERYX, you will lead end-to-end planning, ensuring alignment between short, medium, and long-term plans across demand, supply, inventory, and financial goals.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver operational and strategic goals.

Location: North Vancouver; hybrid remote work available. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Team

The strategy team shapes the long-term direction of the organization, partnering closely with sourcing, supply planning, allocation, and supply chain excellence to make decisions informed, connected, and future‑focused.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-horizon planning activities with stakeholders, creating robust plans aligned with sourcing strategy and planning scenarios.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, risks, and trade-offs while balancing competing stakeholder demands.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive integrated planning outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, challenge assumptions, and improve decision quality.
  • Develop and present scenarios that inform executive decisions and trade-offs.
  • Consolidate inputs across functions into a single aligned plan.
  • Provide consolidated demand and supply outlook across all time horizons for IBP.
  • Lead development of scenario models to assess risks and flag opportunities.
  • Ensure IBP decisions translate into operational plans and support longer-term strategic planning.
  • Own and evolve planning processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Build planning capability across the team, fostering analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across planning teams.
Future Projects
  • Own end-to-end integrated business planning maturity and transformation.
  • Shape long-term strategic bets as the company innovates and scales.
  • Determine planning horizons, frameworks, decision rights, and governance.
Qualifications
  • 5‑8 years in retail planning, demand planning, IBP, or relevant supply chain role.
  • Experience in an integrated business planning or S&OP environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail planning across multiple horizons.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Experience with o9 solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle, or advanced planning software.
  • Strong communication and business presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in statistical forecasting, data analysis, and proficiency in data manipulation and Excel.
  • Proactive problem solving and solution development.

Compensation

Salary range: CAD$107,000 – CAD$141,000.
