Arc’teryx in North Vancouver is hiring a Visual Merchandising Specialist – Global to execute VM strategies, ensure global consistency of standards, and support storytelling and space productivity. The role offers hybrid work and eligibility to work in Canada.

You will collaborate with global and regional VM teams, support seasonal directives, and assist with store openings and training. A university degree and 2+ years in retail VM are expected, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe

Qualifications

University degree in Visual Merchandising, Art & Design, Marketing, Brand or Business Management.

Responsibilities

Support the Global VM team to develop and execute seasonal and multi-year strategies.
Maintain and evolve global VM standards documents with cross-functional partners.
Gather and document VM tools, processes and communications for seamless product rollout.
Participate in regional store visits to support consistent brand presentation.
Collaborate with Regional VM teams to drive store results and communications cadence.
Assist with new store openings to train field VM standards.
Create ad hoc communications about changes affecting product presentation.
