Job summary

Traffic Tech, based in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Senior Logistics Coordinator - Team Lead to coordinate freight movement across North America and beyond. The role supports the growing Operations team with clear communication among Traffic Tech personnel and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, 1–2 years in leadership, cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) experience, Spanish fluency, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of logistics/transportation experience, preferably in 3PL.
• 1–2 years experience leading a team or in a management role.
• Knowledge of Cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation and booking.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate with shippers and carriers.
• Track shipments and monitor pickup/delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and carriers.
• Handle minor accounting and data entry tasks.
