Job summary

Traffic Tech Inc. in Hamilton, ON is seeking a Logistics Booking Agent to coordinate OT R freight across North America. You will build relationships with vendors and motor carriers, manage booking operations, and ensure loads are executed per customer needs.

We teach the skills to operate the transportation industry using proprietary technology. The role offers full-time hours, with a compensation range of $50,000–$55,000 CAD per year and a supportive growth-focused environment.

LOGISTICS BOOKING AGENT

What the Job Entails:

• Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors and motor carriers
• Booking operations (Dispatching, updating and problem solving)
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers depending on current market rates
• Gathering proof of deliveries and any other required shipping documentation needed to close out loads
• Effective and professional communication with carriers and within the business group

• Able to organize heavy volume of emails, email organization, sub folders, outlook follow up, a savvy outlook user.
• Ability to communicate effectively on emails

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
