Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant to join our growing team. You will actively promote loan and protection products, understand client needs, and manage the full sales process from application to closing while delivering exceptional service.

Your success will rely on strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value

Responsibilities
