Fairstone Bank in Montreal is seeking a Senior Loan Consultant to combine sales performance with leadership growth in a dynamic branch environment.

You will promote loan products, mentor colleagues, manage the full sales process from application to closing, and build trusted customer relationships both in person and virtually.

About the Role

Pay & Process

Expected base hourly rate of $25.08, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
