You will lead a high-performing team, recruit, train, and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while achieving financial targets.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, manage operations efficiently, and promote the residence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management capabilities in a seniors living, hospitality, or related setting.
• Experience driving sales, occupancy, and financial performance in a unionized environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
• Strong business planning and process execution skills.
• Understanding of industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general management of the retirement residence to deliver a premier living experience.
• Lead a high-performing team with focus on recruitment, training, and mentoring.
• Manage department operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize fiscal resources.
• Drive occupancy and sales through local market outreach and collaboration with teams.
• Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, and net operating profit.
