Job summary

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a Health and Wellness Manager to oversee the clinical program in our retirement residences. You will lead clinical care, participate in resident assessments, and develop personalized care plans while ensuring legal compliance.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and regional teams to maximize resident satisfaction, while mentoring staff and promoting a supportive culture focused on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with provincial regulatory body and practice within scope.
• Experience mentoring and developing nursing staff.
• Experience recruiting and building a strong clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinical program to ensure residents receive high‑quality care.
• Participate in care conferences, conduct resident assessments, and develop service plans.
• Adhere to organizational, provincial, and federal regulations and acts.
