Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment; ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
• Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general management of the retirement residence and ensure a superior resident experience.
• Lead sales initiatives to improve occupancy and market presence in the local area.
• Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.
