Verve Senior Living in British Columbia is seeking a licensed practical nurse to lead resident care under the Health & Wellness Manager. You will supervise attendants, support independence, and ensure safe, compassionate service.

The role emphasizes documentation, care planning updates every six months, infection control, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enrich residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Grade 12; licensed LPN in good standing with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Must have Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families and team members.

Responsabilités

• Participates in continuous quality improvement and care planning to promote resident independence.
• Supervises attendants and ensures safe medication administration per policies.
• Maintains accurate nursing records, updates care plans every 6 months and supports team collaboration.
