Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health Disciplines Act and related regulations.
• Graduate from an LPN program and hold valid LPN registration.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, medication administration, and delegated health services to residents.
• Communicates with residents and families to ensure needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Maintains care plans and documents services and observations as required.
• Monitors residents' health and reports to the Assisted Living Manager.
• Administers medications within LPN scope and per regulations.
• Ensures proper documentation and charting of services.
