Job summary

Aspira Carolina Retirement Living in Ontario is seeking a Server to support residents' health and well-being through meal prep and service in a warm, respectful dining environment. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience daily and help residents live fully each day.

Qualifications

• Must have Smart Serve OR Serve It Right (SIRS) designation and one year experience in dining room service.
• Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.
• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of aging process an asset.
• Proven customer service skills to work with residents of various cultural backgrounds.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position.
