Job summary

Aspira Lincoln Park Retirement Residence is seeking a Casual Server to join the dining team in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. You will assist with meal service and preparation, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience for residents every day.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation as applicable.
• One year experience in dining room service.
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.
• Experience with seniors is an asset; strong customer service skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' dining experience with meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas and comply with health standards.
• Promote a welcoming dining atmosphere and assist team members as needed.
• Uphold policies and procedures to ensure resident comfort and dignity.
