Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Saskatchewan is seeking a friendly Concierge/Front Desk professional to serve residents, families, and guests with attentive, personalized service. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend availability and a welcoming, patient approach.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge, Front Desk, Receptionist or in customer service preferred.
• One to two years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Punctual, neat, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understands customer needs and provides personalized solutions.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and routes calls as appropriate.
• Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, etc.).
• Welcomes new residents and families and introduces concierge services.
• Coordinates the community’s transportation schedule and provides written confirmations.
• Maintains reception area, sign-in/out logs, and handles mail and packages.
