Job summary

Golden Life Management’s Invermere community is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations across independent living, assisted living and long-term care, delivering exceptional housing, hospitality and care services.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure licensing compliance, engage residents and families, and promote high occupancy while maintaining a welcoming, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Care Management or related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in management, hospitality, senior living, or health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to balance operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire staff to deliver seamless service across all village departments.
• Oversee housing, dining, recreation, and care services for independent living, assisted living, and long-term care.
• Manage budgets, compliance, licensing, and quality standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with residents, families, staff and the community to strengthen partnerships.
• Support marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy and community growth.
