As the General Manager in Surrey, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and nurturing a resident-focused environment. Your leadership will enhance the existing team by coaching and elevating talent while unlocking the community's full revenue potential.

What We're Looking For in Our Surrey General Manager:

• A seasoned senior living executive with a strong operational track record.
• Ability to quickly diagnose what's working and identify areas of risk or growth.
• Commitment to compliance as a central operational pillar.
• Inspirational people leader who develops managers, fosters accountability, and builds succession plans.
• Exceptional relationship builder, visible and accessible to residents, families, employees, and external partners including Fraser Health and local cultural organizations.
• Commercially savvy – owning occupancy, revenue, and cost management is essential.
• Change agent able to respect existing successes and lead lasting improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8-15+ years in senior living or retirement operations leadership.
• Experience managing multiple teams with demonstrated P&L responsibilities.
• Proven success turning around underperforming sites.
• Skilled in multicultural engagement with experience in BC seniors housing highly preferred.
• Confidence balanced by warmth and humility, with courage to make tough decisions.

Success Measures in Year One:

• A strong, stable, and developed leadership team.
• Compliance risks addressed and audit readiness ensured.
• Increased resident and family satisfaction.
• Maintained or improved occupancy, revenue growth, and NOI.
