Job summary

Golden Life Management's Columbia Garden Village in Invermere, BC is seeking a results-driven Community Manager to oversee daily operations across independent living, assisted living and long-term care. You’ll lead staff, manage budgeting, ensure licensing compliance, and promote exceptional resident experiences in housing, dining, recreation and care services.

You bring a post-secondary degree, 5 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Care Management or related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in management, hospitality, senior living, or health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service across all departments.
• Oversee housing, dining, recreation, and care services to create a thriving community.
• Manage budgets, compliance, and licensing standards while driving quality improvements.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, staff and the local community.
• Collaborate with corporate team to maintain high occupancy and promote the community.
