Reporting to the Director of Operations & Sales, you will own the operation, overseeing resident care, services, environmental coordination and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare settings.
• Ability to stabilize a team through turnover or transition and build trust across leadership.
• Strong business and clinical credibility with experience in financials, staffing, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operation of a 77-suite long-term care, complex care and memory living residence.
• Oversee resident care, programs, services, environmental coordination and fiscal performance.
• Lead a team of ~7 staff including care, maintenance, food services, recreation and sales.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care through policies and standards.
