Job summary

Golden Life in Invermere, BC is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our Columbia Garden Village dining team. The role runs evenings from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with a 0.40 FTE schedule and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, portioning and serving meals, setting up dining areas, assisting with light prep, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Requires Grade 10 or higher and a clear vulnerable-sector check.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 10 or higher.
• A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• A negative TB test and up-to-date immunization record.

• Portions out and serves food and beverages in the dining room, gathers and replaces supplies as required.
• Set up, serve, and restock dining areas.

• Operate dishwashing and kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen spaces.
• Complete light clerical tasks as needed.
