Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a high-performing sales professional in Toronto, Ontario to grow new accounts and expand relationships with residential builders, interior designers, architects and designers. You will drive sales growth across lighting and systems, reporting to the Regional Director of Sales in a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and data-driven decision making, with a structured training program and base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in consultative sales environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process with cross-functional support.
• Conduct 16 face-to-face sales calls per week with target customers.
• Communicate Visual Comfort's value proposition to clients.
• Network with architects, builders and designers through trade associations.
• Retain existing customers and drive ongoing sales growth.
• Use CRM to manage schedules and customer interactions.
• Develop strong product knowledge and analyze data to inform decisions.
