Job summary

ROBINSON in Toronto is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant for our showroom. You will assist homeowners, designers and contractors in selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures, create quotes and specification packages, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate records, timely order fulfillment, and post-order support. Weekend availability is required to meet busy showroom schedules, and you will collaborate with a friendly team to deliver creative design

Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners, designers and contractors in helping them select industry leading lighting and plumbing fixtures from around the world.
• Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with customers.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests.
• Process, fulfill and triage orders, ensuring products are delivered to the customer on time.
• Provide post-order support inquiries such as status, back-order inquiries, returns and refunds.
