Yaletown Law Corporation in Vancouver seeks an experienced residential conveyancer to join our real estate group. You will manage purchase, sale and mortgage files from opening to closing, prepare and review contracts, title searches, statements of adjustments, and transfers, and coordinate with lenders and other parties to ensure timely closings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of BC residential conveyancing experience, knowledge of GoVeyance and PCLaw, and a keen eye for detail while handling a

Competenze

• 2+ years BC residential conveyancing experience.
• Knowledge of GoVeyance and PCLaw.
• Familiarity with BC Property Transfer Tax, GST on new construction, s.116 holdbacks and strata purchases.
• Organized and detail-focused with ability to manage high file volume at month-end.

What we're looking for:
