Property Law is a modern residential real estate practice operating across Canada. We are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer focused on FCT Registrations to join our structured, collaborative team.

You will manage high-volume files, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen checklists, and build better processes that help the team deliver exceptional service. You will communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in British Columbia.
• Experience handling residential real estate transactions, especially FCT Registrations.
• Comfort with high-volume, structured practice.
• Strong communication with clients, lenders, and colleagues.
• Ability to improve workflows and precedents.

You’ll join our team as a Real Estate Lawyer focused primarily on FCT Registrations.

The work is structured, collaborative, and high volume. But this role goes beyond simply managing files.

As you become familiar with our practice, you’ll help improve it. You’ll identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen precedents, improve checklists, and build better processes that help the entire team deliver exceptional service.
