Job summary

This is a hands-on, senior role overseeing learning needs assessment, curriculum design, digital production, LMS implementation, testing and refinement. The candidate should have 7+ years in Learning Experience Design or related fields, advanced Articulate 360 skills, and strong experience with enterprise LMS (SCORM/xAPI).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Adult Education or a related field.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or comparable tools.
• Experience deploying learning content within an enterprise LMS with SCORM or xAPI.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Ability to translate complex content into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to develop and refine content.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and define foundational competencies, objectives and pathways.
• Design and develop self-directed, asynchronous modules using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Translate UX and accessibility concepts into practical training.
• Develop interactive scenarios, activities, checks and job aids.
• Create LMS-ready content and support SCORM/xAPI requirements.
• Work with SMEs to gather expertise and manage reviews.
• Apply accessibility and information-design principles throughout the learning experience.
• Conduct pilot testing and refine the training program.
