Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to shape training strategies for Teamcenter and NX platforms.

You will build learning paths, curriculums, objectives and assessments, and translate technical content into engaging courses. The role requires seven years in instructional design, a degree in education or related field, and strong facilitation and bilingual (French/English) communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in instructional design for digital transformation projects or enterprise systems implementations.
  • Degree in education, organizational development or a related field.
  • Master instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Design face-to-face, virtual and online (eLearning) training.
  • Use content creation tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Administer and manage learning management platforms (LMS).
  • Develop assessments, simulations and practical exercises.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration with SMEs.

  • Supervise and support the team responsible for integrating content into Articulate 360
  • Leverage digital learning technologies and generative AI tools
  • Review and update training content according to changing processes
  • Validate the French translations and ensure the accuracy of the technical content
  • Administer and maintain training content in the LMS
  • Collaborate with content experts (SMEs), technical teams, and trainers
Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in education, organizational development, human resources or a related field
  • Master instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

  • Administer and manage learning management platforms (LMS)
  • Develop assessments, simulations and practical exercises
  • Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation and facilitation skills
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
