Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related field.
• Experience designing e-learning content with Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Experience applying ADDIE, SAM or similar frameworks.
• Strong adult learning principles and learning technologies.
• Experience performing learning needs analyses and translating business needs into learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess learning needs and design solutions.
• Design and maintain engaging learning experiences across modalities (e-learning, VILT, ILT, blended).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with objectives and standards.
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend learning strategies and content.
• Create interactive content, job aids, assessments, and performance support resources.
• Manage multiple learning projects with timely delivery and quality outcomes.
