Qualifikationen

• At least four years of project management experience in the property damage restoration industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing large‑loss and/or commercial restoration projects.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of assigned large and complex loss files and contribute to achieving sales, performance, service, and customer‑experience goals.
• Understand and execute competitive bids; ensure estimates reflect required scope and margins.
• Prepare project budgets, establish draw schedules, manage trade purchase orders, protect margins, and support timely AR collection.
• Develop formal work‑delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain a network of trades and ensure work aligns with scopes, orders, quality and schedules.
• Maintain current project documentation and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, internal stakeholders, and industry partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver high standards of customer experience with quality workmanship and proactive communication.
• Apply Ontario health and safety and employment standards requirements.
