Company Description Are you ready to step up to a bigger team, take on more significant projects, and create more opportunity for your own growth?

We have been engaged on a confidential search for an accomplished Large Loss Project Manager to join a well-established property restoration organization in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a compelling opportunity for a restoration professional who wants greater scale, meaningful responsibility, and the support of a strong, collaborative team.

The environment combines substantial large and complex loss work with supportive leadership, strong operational resources, and visibility across the business. The successful candidate will have room to grow professionally, contribute as a leader, and build toward future advancement as the organization continues to develop.

Compensation The position offers a $100,000 base salary, supported by a commission structure designed to meaningfully increase overall earnings as you grow and develop the business. Commission is paid on sales margin, giving successful performers the opportunity to bring their total compensation in line with — and potentially beyond — prevailing market earnings for comparable roles. For someone who is confident in their ability to generate profitable business, the upside here can be substantial.

In addition to base salary and commission, the overall package includes

  • $100,000 guaranteed base salary
  • Commission on sales margin, providing meaningful additional earning potential
  • Uncapped performance upside [if accurate]
  • Company vehicle
  • Company-paid gas card
  • Company-provided cell/mobile phone
  • Healthcare benefits
  • Dental benefits
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)

This is an opportunity where the headline salary tells only part of the story. The combination of base salary, margin-based commission, benefits and significant company-paid expenses creates a considerably stronger total compensation package, with the potential for high performers to earn at or above market levels.

The Opportunity

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • A strong, collaborative team with experienced operational support around the Project Manager.

  • Supportive leadership that values sound judgment, accountability, communication, and quality execution.
  • High visibility and the opportunity to influence project performance, customer experience, and team success.
  • Meaningful room for professional development, expanded responsibility, and longer-term advancement.

The Right Fit

You will be well suited to this opportunity if you enjoy owning complex files, creating order across many moving parts, and balancing customer care with commercial discipline. You are credible with adjusters, homeowners, trades, and internal teams, and you want to join an organization where your work will be visible and your contribution can grow over time.
