You will work with a strong team, leverage resources, and drive client satisfaction, margin discipline, and timely project completion while coordinating with coordinators, trades, and insurance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You are likely in the property restoration industry and understand managing active insurance-loss projects under stress with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned restoration files and contribute to sales, performance and customer experience objectives.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with homeowners, adjusters and stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to ensure information, resources and direction are provided to fulfill responsibilities.
• Lead mitigation resources during emergency responses and ensure expectations are delivered.
