Agilus by Synergie is actively recruiting a Project Manager - Restoration for Burlington, Ontario. The role oversees restoration projects from initial loss through completion, coordinating crews, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and insurance partners.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration, proficiency with Xactimate, Encircle, or DocuSketch, and a valid G Class driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry as a Project Manager Assistant or Technician.
• Experience with restoration and estimating software such as Xactimate, Encircle, or DocuSketch.
• Ability to scope restoration projects, identify causes of loss, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Valid G Class driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Prepare estimates, manage project costs, review invoices, and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial loss through completion with our client. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, managing project schedules and budgets, maintaining relationships with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Service Area: Burlington, Oakville & Mississauga
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (in office)
• On-call rotation (approximately 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks and 2 weekday evenings every 4-5 weeks)
