Kimley-Horn is seeking a P.Eng Senior Project Manager to lead and expand the Land Development practice in Toronto. This leadership role centers on guiding large-scale design projects, mentoring a high-performing team, and strengthening relationships with clients and municipalities for strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in land development, a P.Eng license, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills, with proven ability to deliver profitable projects and develop new business

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with land development expertise.
• Minimum 10+ years in land development project management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong client relationship development and business growth experience.
• Proficient in proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership across an organization.
• Mentor and develop high-performing staff.
• Track record of profitable project delivery.

Responsibilities
