WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development to lead high-impact municipal and land development projects across Ontario. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth while navigating approvals and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering.
2+ years in a project management role.
Strong leadership and client-facing abilities.
Ontario P.Eng designation or eligibility; PMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary land development and municipal projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Act as the primary client liaison, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Oversee project financial performance: budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management.
Drive business development through proposals, client engagement, and growth initiatives.
Guide teams through municipal and agency approvals, leveraging stakeholder relationships.
Mentor and develop project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Uphold quality, safety, and performance standards while delivering sustainable solutions.
