Job summary

VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Analyst II to join our Service Delivery team.

This remote-friendly role focuses on resolving complex technical issues, mentoring the tier 1/2 staff, and delivering reliable IT solutions to our municipal and organizational clients across Canada and the US. Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant technical experience is required OR 2 years experience in Systems Analyst I role at VC3.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V and VMware.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive & respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide lower tier team members to assist with escalations beyond tier 1/2 scope.
• Train and educate VC3 clients on technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across LOB applications, networking, VPNs, Citrix, and operating systems.
• Complete administrative tasks such as password resets and AD changes.
• Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets for improvement.
• Engage vendors and SMEs as needed during troubleshooting.
