Job summary

VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Analyst II to resolve complex technical issues and manage escalations for clients across Canada. You will support key business technologies and follow the VC3 Way to deliver predictable customer results.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, training clients on technical standards, and collaborating with vendors to drive solutions, while maintaining strong proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience required.
• 5+ years managing Windows Server, Office 365, AD, GPOs, security.
• 3+ years with virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware.
• CCNA, VMware, or MS 365/Azure cert highly desired.
• Strong IT concepts knowledge and security fundamentals.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive & respond to escalated service requests, incidents and changes promptly.
• Mentor and support lower-tier team members on escalations beyond Tier 1/2.
• Train VC3 clients on technical standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across LOB apps, networks, VPNs, Citrix, and OS.
• Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets for resolution.
• Suggest improvements to hardware/software and engage vendors as needed.
