VC3, Inc. is hiring a NOC Analyst I for evenings/overnight shifts in a remote Canada setting. You will monitor networks and systems, troubleshoot incidents, and document changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within the Network Operations Center. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in CS or related field, have basic Windows/Linux knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in IT
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot and escalate network/system issues
• Perform basic configurations and deployments
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Respond to alerts and after-hours incidents as needed
• Ensure tickets are accurately created and time-tracked
• Maintain SLA compliance
