Qualifications

• Ten years of IT employment.
• Experience dealing with external clients.
• Experience in a customer management role.
• Experience managing a team of techs to deliver IT services.
• Certifications such as MCSE/MCSA, A+, CCNA are assets.
• Server and network experience is desirable but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle; mileage paid.
• Security clearance is desired but not essential.
• Excellent command of English; written and verbal.
• Strong technical communication; ability to work with all users and techs.
• Ability to take direction and follow through on tasks and projects.
• Team orientation and collaboration with peers.
