Working with senior team members on deployments and projects, you will build practical skills in a client-facing environment, document solutions, and contribute to a fast-paced MSP setting where accuracy and reliability matter daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits

About the Role

During a typical day as a System Support Specialist at ALT Consulting, you'll be working on the front line of our technical operations team, helping clients resolve workstation, software, and network issues that interrupt their day-to-day work. Workstation and Office Setup

You will be well equipped to handle your role with your own advanced technology setup. When working from the office, you'll be in your own private workspace, which includes an immersive 40-inch 4K monitor, a MacBook Pro, quality peripherals, and an ergonomic desk and chair.
