Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support within the organization's computing environment.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues via telephone, email, or remote support.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops and peripherals.
• Work with vendors and procurement to resolve problems and acquire hardware/software.
• Close incidents in the incident management system.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect with diverse systems and networks.
