Job summary

Intricate Networks Inc. Swift Current, SK is seeking an experienced IT Support & Network Technician. This hands-on role supports clients across Canada and the U.S. with server, cloud, network and multi-location environments, providing remote, in-shop and on-site assistance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years IT/support experience, strong TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP, Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Active Directory, plus solid problem solving and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable and comfortable working with clients.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra/Azure, firewalls, VLANs, virtualization, backup systems, cybersecurity, Linux/macOS, NAS and remote management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

Intricate Networks provides IT support, networking, computer sales, web hosting, software and other technology solutions to businesses across Canada and the U.S.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support & Network Technician. This hands-on role supports clients ranging from small businesses to larger organizations with complex server, cloud, network and multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, in-shop and on-site technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, network and connectivity issues
• Install/support workstations, servers, printers and network equipment
• Configure/troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, wired and wireless networks
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
