Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Release Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating application/infrastructure deployments in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based Change and Release Management processes.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of release management tools and deployment processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate release activities for simple to moderately complex projects.
• Manage release activities across multiple applications, teams, and projects.
• Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, customers, and stakeholders on release execution.
• Maintain release schedules, documentation, and records.
• Monitor releases, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, Change Management, and Release policies.
• Provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and identify additional needs for releases.
• Prepare and distribute release schedules and deployment materials.
• Execute closeout activities and participate in post-release reviews.
