Job description

• 6–8 years of experience in IT operations, deployment, service management, or IT project management environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT service management processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely task completion
• Experience in systems analysis, operational support, and driving continuous process improvements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, issue resolution, and implementing operational advancement initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a proactive approach to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
