Job summary

GlobalLogic invites a Technical Release Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead planning, governance, coordination, and execution of technical programs and production releases for the Omnichannel Engagement Platform. This role acts as the central coordinator across engineering leadership, towers, operations, and partners to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program or release management for enterprise software platforms.
• Experience leading complex software delivery with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in production releases and large-scale implementation activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, Azure DevOps, release governance, and deployment planning.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience communicating to Directors/VPs with dashboards and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and governance of technical programs and production releases.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to align with milestones and release objectives.
• Monitor program health and proactively address issues affecting delivery.
• Translate technical solutions into executable implementation plans with leadership partners.
• Review implementation plans for completeness, sequencing, validation, and readiness.
• Consolidate activities into Azure DevOps work items, release notes, and runbooks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and executive escalation when needed.
• Prepare concise executive status reports and delivery forecasts for leadership.
