Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-to-end deployment plans, schedules, and release activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and control the deployment and release management process.
• Integrate release management practices into delivery processes for reliability and scalability.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Drive best practices and facilitate decision-making among stakeholders.
• Establish processes for tracking, monitoring, and reporting release-related changes and updates.
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive release communications and status reporting.
• Manage stakeholder communications and articulate risks and impacts clearly.
• Provide guidance to IT support teams and contribute to remediation strategies.
• Identify control and communication gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare and present updates, accomplishments, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Identify, manage, and elevate risks and dependencies throughout the release lifecycle.
• Coordinate releases across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Support DevOps and Continuous Delivery initiatives across the organization.
