Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Release Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead planning, governance, coordination, and execution of technical programs and production releases for the Omnichannel Engagement Platform (OEP) from initiation through deployment.

The role serves as the central coordination point across engineering leadership, operations, and external partners to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery in a remote Canada setting.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical program management or release management
Experience leading complex software delivery with multiple workstreams
Proven production release management across large initiatives
Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, and release governance

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and governance of technical programs and production releases
Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to align with milestones and release objectives
Monitor program health and proactively address delivery issues
