Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Platform Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure, Virtualisation (VMware, HPE/Pure Storage), Cloud, and Data Centre technologies. The role involves managing VMware, storage platforms, cloud infrastructure, and backup/data management systems. You will also engage in capacity planning, technical and functional specification writing, and collaborate with project managers and SMEs.

The ideal candidate has some DevOps experience or a keen interest to adopt DevOps practices, automation, and containerisation (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code).
